of vitamins. We can consume the vegetables after cooked or even in the fresh
condition. Some of vegetables can be consumed without cooking process before,
whereas, the other must be processed before.
Vegetables are very beneficial for our
healthy and beauty. Therefore, vegetable are often consumed by people who want
to have a beautiful body or in other word they who are on diet. Consume fruits
and vegetable can decrease the risk of heart disease, diabetes, can fight
cancer and reduce loss bone.
But now people rarely eat vegetables,
with the reason; does not have good taste. Vegetables are very useful for our health.
Vegetables have a lot of vitamin and other nutrients. One advantage that we can
get from the consumption of vegetables is can keep the youthfulness of your
skin.
In this modern era, there are so many
kind of instant foods that contain preservatives and chemicals that is danger
for our health. Therefore, people should be able to keep their healthy by
